Anti Flu Vitamin Juice

DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
- 1 orange
- 1 carrot
- 2 cm of ginger
- 1 tablespoons of white sugar or Stevia
- 1/2 liter of water
1.- Wash the orange very well, peel it and cut it into squares. Peel the carrot and proceed to cut it into squares.
2.- Cut or scratch the ginger Note: Calculate theamount of ginger according to the size of the fruit, as it is very spicy.
3.- Add the ingredients to the blender: The orange, the carrot, the ginger and the sugar or Stevia. Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
4.- Serve the shake and enjoy a great healthy addition to your daily diet.
